Taika Waititi on MacBook Keyboards
Nice to see some well-deserved, high-profile criticism like this. You know that has to sting a little.
They are impossible to write on — they’ve gotten worse. It makes me want to go back to PCs.

The Wasabi Farmer
Have you ever eaten wasabi?
If you answered “yes” to that question, you are likely mistaken. Most sushi eaters—even in Japan—are actually being served a mixture of ground horseradish and green food coloring splashed with a hint of Chinese mustard. Worldwide, experts believe that this imposter combination masquerades as wasabi about 99% of the time.
I had no idea. With prices of about $250 USD per kilo, I’m guessing that mostly goes to the better sushi/sashimi shops around Japan.

The helpful thing for parents here—and also the harmful—is yes, peers are really important, but our kids are watching us. Our kids are learning from us. A lot of what kids take to be normal comes from what they see us doing.
